How long before I get my portrait?!
The aim is to get the portrait sent up to 2 weeks after you’ve made and paid for the order.
In case you chose one of the print options, it will be sent out the following day.
Usually, this will reach you within 2-3 weeks (depending on your location and you local post).
In case you chose the digital option, it will be in your mail within 2 weeks

All prices are in USD

How big is the print?
The portrait will be printed in a color A3 format (29.7CM*42CM), RGB colors. 

Can I get a group or family portrait?

Currently, you can send a picture that contains 3 characters, if you have a multi-participant picture contact me by email and a solution will be found.

Will my print look exactly like the file?
Well, they never really do. Since the colors on the screens and the printers look different, there is also the paper, texture etc. 

Can I request changes in my portrait?
No, this is part of the charm. Your portrait is mostly a surprise to you, until you get it. It’s a one-of-a-kind portrayal of you, and cannot be edited, changed, altered or revised. 

How do you sent the portraits?
The digital file is sent via email
The print portraits are sent by post, safely packaged to prevent creasing, and folding.
 

Can I upload more than one photo of myself?
Not at this time. So make sure to follow the guidelines and send a clear and good quality photo. 
 

Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?
Why yes! of course! You’re welcome to do whatever you’d like with it. Use it as a profile picture, share it, print it on a t-shirt - anything you want. It’s yours.

Do you ship to my country?
The digital option is available to anyone with an email address.
The prints are shipped by post, and should be available for all countries. 

What payment options are available?

Currently all payments can be made by Paypal. In the future credit card purchases will be available, so stay tuned. 

What file type do you send the digital portrait in?

The portrait will be sent as a high quality JPG file, which can be viewed on almost any platform.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
This depends on the local postal policies in your location. You are responsible for any
customs or import taxes BUT shipping is on me. 

I don’t like the portrait/The portrait arrived damaged - Can I return it for a refund?
